# Specify Recipient

> > may differ from the chain the payment is performed on.

When you specify an email recipient, the buyer accesses purchased items by logging into their Crossmint wallet in [staging](https://staging.crossmint.com/user/collection) or [production](https://www.crossmint.com/user/collection).
